Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We send our orders from Germany, EU. At the moment we only send within EU. All our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday (except on German holidays), within 1-3 business days of when the order ist placed (except pre-orders). All orders are send by DHL, insured and trackable. As soon as you have placed your order, we will notify you by e-mail. You will receive the second confirmation e-mail with a tracing number to track your order, when your order has been shipped.

Germany: 5€                   3-5 Business days

EU: 10€                            5-10 Business days

 

RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy. That means you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Buyers bear the cost for returning the products. The items have to be returned in original condition - unworn and undamaged with all original tags still attached. If the item is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss value. We must be notified in advance of the return via email: info(at)ann-knitwear.com. As soon as we have received the return and proofed its condition, we will refund you the items to the original payment method, which can take up to 2 working days
