Shipping

All ANN orders are shipped from our studio in Berlin, Germany.

At the moment, we ship within Germany only.

Due to new EU packaging regulations and country-specific registration requirements, shipping across Europe has become increasingly complex for very small businesses like ANN. We hope to add more countries again in the future and thank you for your understanding.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding German public holidays), usually within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed. Please note that different shipping times may apply to pre-orders.

All orders are shipped with DHL and include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Returns

We hope you love your ANN piece. If something isn’t right, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please let us know about your return in advance by emailing info@ann-knitwear.com.

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
