Our products are made of 100% Merino wool. As a natural, renewable resource, merino wool is versatile and eco-friendly. It provides superior insulation and moisture-wicking abilities, making it ideal for various weather conditions.

Merino wool is not only soft, comforting, and healing but also naturally odor-resistant, crease-proof, and highly durable, maintaining its appearance and shape over time. As a natural fiber, wool is also biodegradable, with low impact on the environment. 

Our Merino sheep live in the farms and fields of the Bavarian countryside in southern Germany. The wool is spun in a family-run spinning mill in the third generation, where every production step is done in-house, emphasizing regional sourcing, quality, craftsmanship, and fair treatment of shepherds.

Merino wool is self-cleaning. Most of the time it is enough just to air the product. If you would like to wash your products, please only use cold water (max 30 °C) and wash by hand with mild detergents like liquids or a small portion of washing powder. Never use fabric softeners or bleach.

DRY YOUR PRODUCTS FLAT.

As Merino wool is a natural fiber, some pilling may appear. You can remove it with a special wool comb. 

We send our orders from Germany, EU. At the moment we only send within EU.

All our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday (except on German holidays), within 1-3 business days of when the order ist placed (except pre-orders).

All orders in Europe are send by DHL, insured and trackable. As soon as you have placed your order, we will notify you by E-Mail. You will receive the second confirmation E-Mail with a tracing number to track your order, when your order has been shipped.

Germany: 5€    / 3-5 Business days

EU: 10€    / 5-10 Business days

WE HAVE A 14-DAY RETURN POLICY. That means you can return your items within 14 days of receipt.

BUYERS BEAR THE COST FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCTS. The items have to be returned in original condition - unworn and undamaged with all original tags still attached. If the item is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss value. We must be notified in advance of the return via email: info@ann-knitwear.com

As soon as we have received the return and proofed its condition, we will refund you the items to the original payment method, which can take up to 2 working days
